winds ) resistant. These prefabricated steel
frame structures are quick to set up with
local manpower assisted by our company's
engineers and technicians, without any heavy

The
exterior walls are covered by armed cement
board panels fixed to the steel structures.
The interior walls are not support walls.
So, they can be moved in times to create
new spaces for a new family member or for
an extension of the house. The interior
walls are filled with heavy rock wool for
a high thermal insulation (R=30). They are
re-covered (re-covered means AFTER the electric,
plumbing etc. has been installed) with Sheetrock
panels (sandwich panels with fire protect
plaster) and would be painted.
Water
pipes, electricity, phone and other cabling
are put in the walls and then the walls
are re-covered with Sheetrock panels. The
floors can be covered by any other materials
of the purchaser's choice. The roof is also
built with metal pre-lacquered panels and
a thick coat of glass wool, an anti steam
barrier and a false ceiling with anti fire
(class B) with a high level thermal coefficient
(R=30).
The
houses and office buildings shown below
are made of galvanized steel frames and
can be assembled very fast! No special skills
required as we bring our technicians to
assemble the entire building for you! As
you can see, we are able to build entire
shopping malls, apartment buildings and
office centers plus of course residential
villas for an all inclusive turnkey price.
